Red Cap Porter Services 
Available at all times to the travelling public at both the Departures and Arrivals for a minimum fee of US$ 1.00 per bag.

Efficient and courteous porters will assist passengers in moving their bags from:

• Departures – from the curbside of the terminal building to the airline check-in position;
• Ground Transportation Arrivals Hall to a point at curbside appropriate for obtaining the type of transportation required by
the traveller.

Passengers are required to complete the Immigration/Customs form before arrival and present valid travel documents, including a passport and return ticket (for non-residents). Customer Service Agents are available in the Immigration Hall to assist travellers upon arrival.

Report a missing item

Car rental agencies, Hotel Shuttles, taxis and Intra-island Airlines are located in the Ground Transportation Arrivals Hall outside the Customs area.

Airport parking is available at the following rates:

• J$250 per hour or part thereof;
• J$1,000 for parking in excess of 3 hours and up to 24 hours;
• An additional J$1,000 for each additional 24-hour period or part thereof.

Short-term parking (Arrivals Car Park) is limited to a maximum of 3 hours, with no overnight parking permitted.

Long-term and overnight parking is available in the Departures Car Park.
